Production time varies depending on the item you order. The following is an outline of the approximate production time:

• Within 1-2 business day – our office will place your order and enter it into the production line
• After order is entered – order will be completed in 2-5 business days.
• After order is fulfilled – shipping time will be 2-4 business days.
• These production times may change depending on time of year, natural disasters or due to COVID-19.  

We will always do our best to complete your custom order as quickly as possible. Most times we will be able to have a custom design completed within 7-14 business days.  We will keep in touch with you as we design your order and will only send the order (mug, tee-shirt, etc) to production once you approved the custom design. The production time/shipping time will be beyond the 7-14 business days design time.

YES!! We have recently updated our shipping system so we can now ship products to Canada. Outside of the USA & Canada, the shipping will be cacluated on a case by case basis.  Contact us HERE.

Hopefully this never happens but if it does, we are here to help in any way possible. First of all, fill out the Contact Us form with your order #, name & address. We will research it for you and will confirm if the package was just delayed, fell through a crack here in our office or lost in shipping.  If the package was delayed on our end, we will offer you a coupon for your next delivery.  If the package was lost in shipping, we will reorder your order for no additional charge and will offer you a coupon for your next order as a way of saying “Thank you for understanding." If you would rather receive a refund instead, please let us know and we will help you in any way possible.

If your order was damaged during shipment or was not the top quality you were expecting, please contact us with your order number and plenty of pictures. Since Creative Designs by Fern is a small family business, we will review each situation on a case by case basis. 

We cannot take returns on custom orders unless it is a quality or damaged product issue. ALL custom order sales are final.

All digital download file sales are final. There are no refunds or returns.

Absolutely!  If you don’t love your Creative Designs by Fern item, we will refund your money.  Refunds must be processed within 60 days of the purchase date.  If the reason for the return is due to damaged product or quality not as expected, we will pay for the shipping. 

Oh no!!!  Your product was damaged or printed/cut incorrectly. Email us with pictures within 60 days of your purchase. All refund requests after 60 days will be considered on a case by case basis.

Yes! They are designed for use with Cricut and work with most cutting machines. 

This is a digital download cut file. You can use an SVG file for use with Cricut, Silhouette, and other popular cutting machines. You can also use the file to create t-shirts, signs, or use it for adhesive vinyl to decorate your walls, cars, lunch boxes, mugs etc.

Due to the fact that this is a digital download, there are no refunds or returns.
